Role of the Job

Manage customer relationships, drive adoption and retention, and build long-term partnerships in the Financial Services & Home Services segment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Create and execute strategic account plans
  • Use data insights for customer engagement
  • Lead training and business reviews
  • Identify risks and opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success/Account Management (B2B SaaS)
  • Experience with enterprise software (Financial or Home Services preferred)
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Passion for AI-driven technology
  • Background in digital/performance marketing is a plus
