Manage customer relationships, drive adoption and retention, and build long-term partnerships in the Financial Services & Home Services segment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Create and execute strategic account plans
- Use data insights for customer engagement
- Lead training and business reviews
- Identify risks and opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success/Account Management (B2B SaaS)
- Experience with enterprise software (Financial or Home Services preferred)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Passion for AI-driven technology
- Background in digital/performance marketing is a plus
