Role of the Job

Lead a team of analysts to develop, implement, and support data products, driving insights that improve student outcomes and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts focused on academic data support
• Gather & share stakeholder feedback for product improvement
• Maintain reporting tools, trainings, and documentation
• Analyze large data sets to deliver actionable insights
• Implement Agile methods for ad hoc reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality

Requirements

• Experience 5+ years in data analysis, management experience
• Skills SQL, Python (ETL), Excel, PowerBI, data modeling
• Communication strong written, oral, and stakeholder engagement
• Strengths organizational, time management, customer service
• Other ability to clear background check
• Education BS in math, computer science, tech, or education leadership
• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, Streamsets, Alation, or academic datasets
