Role of the Job

Provide analytics support across Valon’s mortgage operations, driving visibility, compliance, and performance insights with SQL, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in company data tables
• Write SQL queries, build dashboards, run ad hoc analysis
• Support audits, exams, and regulatory reporting
• Maintain & improve SLA reporting processes
• Collaborate with data analysts & engineers on model improvements

Requirements

• Experience 4–7 years in data analytics/BI, preferably regulated industries
• Skills strong SQL, Excel/Sheets, Looker/Hex (Python a plus)
• Education Bachelor’s in Computer science , Data Analytics, or related field
• Strengths problem-solving, adaptability, cross-functional teamwork
