Job Description

Location: London (with occasional travel to Birmingham and other UK partner locations)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in education support, tutoring, admissions, or advisory work

About the Role: This role is about guiding students through real decisions — not just completing forms. You’ll help people understand their study options, select the right pathway, and move forward confidently. You’ll manage a caseload of students, keep their journey organised inside our CRM, and maintain ongoing communication.

As we expand into other cities, you’ll also play a part in meeting partner institutions, attending recruitment events, and representing the organisation externally.

What You’ll Do

  • Hold one-to-one conversations to understand student goals and academic history
  • Recommend suitable universities, colleges, and vocational programmes
  • Assist with documentation, application forms, and personal statements
  • Prepare students for interviews, assessments, or entry requirements
  • Use our CRM to track each student’s progress clearly and consistently
  • Follow up with students to maintain momentum and minimise drop-offs
  • Keep accurate notes and maintain compliance‑ready records
  • Visit partner colleges, universities, and training centres to maintain strong working relationships
  • Attend education fairs, open days, and community outreach events in London and occasionally Birmingham/other cities
  • Represent the organisation professionally and communicate our services clearly
  • Provide feedback from partners and outreach work to improve internal strategies

Team & Growth

  • Contribute to improving process efficiencyand student journey quality
  • Share insights and student trends with the team
  • Support expansion activities as we grow into additional regions

What We’re Looking For

  • 1‑2+ year experience in tutoring, student support, admissions, or educational advising
  • Clear communicator — able to explain options without over complicating
  • Organised and consistent with follow‑up
  • Confident travelling occasionally for events or partner visits
  • Someone who genuinely cares about supporting students, not just completing tasks
