Job Description

We’re looking for a vibrant and energetic Customer Service Representative to a customer service role with a U.S.-based company. The ideal candidate should be able to handle phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage calls professionally for a diverse range of businesses and professionals
• Accurately take and promptly deliver messages
• Book appointments using user-friendly software like Calendly
• Transfer calls efficiently and follow established protocols
• Address callers’ needs with empathy and professionalism
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills with strong command of English (written and spoken)
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Outgoing, energetic, and passionate personality
• Sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence
• Familiarity with AI tools and quick learning ability
• Reliable equipment and internet connection
• Availability for a 9-hour shift between 09:00 AM – 09:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
