Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Discord Moderator & Bot Administrator to help manage, grow, and protect our Discord community.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Discord channels to enforce server rules and maintain a welcoming environment
- Set up, configure, and manage Discord bots
- Troubleshoot bot failures and server configuration problems
- Respond to customer support tickets and provide clear, helpful responses
- Collaborate with Comfrt Ambassadors and community members
Requirements:
- Proven experience moderating Discord servers
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing Discord bots
- Strong understanding of Discord permissions, roles, and server architecture
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
