We’re seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-up or sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems
- Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable
Requirements:
- Proven experience in call center, customer service, or client support roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and typing proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively
