Job Description:
Bluesight is seeking a Data Analyst to support the implementation of their SaaS products for hospital customers. You’ll collect data, synthesize and interpret results from various systems, and develop analytical solutions using business intelligence tools.
Responsibilities:
- Validate, reconcile, and analyze data input from disparate systems using Excel
- Clearly communicate data findings and serve as a point person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Partner with implementation project leads and customers to track progress and review data points
- Perform data extraction tasks using multiple databases through SQL
- Develop solutions to support SFTP automation of ongoing reporting needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis (healthcare industry experience a plus)
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
