Job Description:
Althaus Digital is seeking a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to help grow a brand, produce engaging content, and support lead generation activity. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for inbound enquiries and learn the skills to become a confident marketing professional.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media and website
- Analyse social media performance and suggest improvements
- Write content for blogs, articles, and marketing materials
- Support marketing planning and campaign strategy
- Manage leads through CRM and support sales team
Requirements:
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above
- No extensive marketing experience or Level 3+ marketing qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Creative and able to work independently
