Job Description:
Promenade is scaling rapidly and seeking a Customer Success Associate to drive relationships with floral partners and deliver unbeatable customer satisfaction! You’ll handle user support requests, triage issues, and provide outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume support requests via email, phone, and social media
- Triage issues, diagnose problems, and escalate bugs to engineering
- Advocate for Promenade users and resolve issues efficiently
- Identify trends to enhance support and improve user experience
- Help customers use Promenade products to connect with local businesses

Requirements:
