Job Details

  • Salary: £45,100 – £60,400 per annum

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and deliver privacy and information governance frameworks
  • Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
  • Manage data protection incidents and individual rights requests
  • Provide clear privacy guidance to internal teams
  • Monitor and improve privacy risk management processes
  • Collaborate with Legal & Business Affairs teams globally
  • Produce reports to support governance and decision-making

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
  • Experience handling DPIAs, incidents, and data subject requests
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making ability

Desirable Qualifications

  • Privacy certifications such as IAPP CIPP/E or CIPM
  • Experience training teams on data protection practices
  • Experience managing incidents and engaging with regulators
  • Background in international or matrix organizations
