Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of children, young people, and families
- Carry out direct work and detailed analytical assessments
- Make complex safeguarding decisions and assess risk levels
- Develop and implement child-focused care plans

- Build and maintain professional relationships
Requirements
- Registered with Social Work England
- Qualified Children’s Social Worker
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Experience in children’s social care
- Ability to make sound professional judgments
