Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of children, young people, and families
Carry out direct work and detailed analytical assessments
Make complex safeguarding decisions and assess risk levels
Develop and implement child-focused care plans
Use evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes
Build and maintain professional relationships

Requirements

Registered with Social Work England
Qualified Children’s Social Worker
Strong communication and engagement skills
Experience in children’s social care
Ability to make sound professional judgments
