Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on various vehicle types
- Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and manual inspections
- Perform repairs on brakes, suspension, clutches, timing belts, and engines
- Prepare vehicles to retail-ready condition
- Complete job cards and maintain accurate service records
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional repair needs
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned work
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
- Follow company health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic or Vehicle Technician
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of modern vehicle systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
