Avery Healthcare is recruiting a Care Assistant – Nights to join the team at Alder House Care Home in Nuthall, Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.
- Assist residents with washing, dressing, toileting, and bedtime routines.
- Support residents with mobility and everyday activities.
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any concerns promptly.
- Recognise signs of falls, infections, pressure sores, or weight loss and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Offer emotional support and companionship.
