A fast-growing and well-funded AI startup is seeking a talented Full-Stack Product Engineer to help build the next generation of operational software for a large legacy industry undergoing rapid transformation through automation and artificial intelligence.
Job Responsibilities
- Own product features from idea to production launch.
- Build modern front-end applications using TypeScript and Next.js.
- Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js.
- Create AI-powered workflows and automation tools.
- Build document processing systems and email automation solutions.
- Develop communication and voice pipeline technologies.
- Design internal operational tools that improve business efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with operations and commercial teams.
- Contribute to engineering standards and company culture.
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and Next.js.
- Commercial experience building backend systems with Node.js.
- Experience delivering features from concept to production.
- Strong product-thinking and user-focused development skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup or high-growth technology company experience.
- Exposure to AI products or automation systems.
- Experience with GCP, PostgreSQL, and Terraform.
- Background in fintech, insurtech, or workflow-heavy products.
