About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will help individuals maintain their independence while providing emotional and practical support in residential homes, supported living services, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care and support.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities.
- Promote independence and confidence.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Work in residential homes, supported living, and community environments.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience within the last 3 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care.
- Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland must have the relevant registration (SSSC, SCW, or NISCC). Registration is not required in England.
