Key Responsibilities

As a Behaviour Support Worker, your duties may include:

• Providing 1-to-1 support to students with behavioural and emotional needs.
• Working with students in small groups.

Candidate Requirements

• A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.

• Previous experience in a similar Behaviour Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, SEN or education support role is advantageous.

Mandatory Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this position, applicants must:

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced Child Barred List DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for a new DBS certificate.
• Be able to provide two professional child-related references.
• Successfully complete the required safeguarding and vetting checks.
