About the Role
As a Residential Senior Carer, you will help provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents.
You will take on additional responsibility for leading care staff during your shift, including delegating duties, supporting colleagues and contributing to staff training and supervision.
The role also involves supporting medication administration and ordering, keeping care plans and risk assessments up to date, and communicating with healthcare professionals and residents’ families.
