About the Role
Homes England is recruiting an Officer – Projects Support to join the Help to Buy Equity Loans Transformation Programme.
The role will support a major service transformation programme focused on strengthening service integrity, reducing operational and financial risk, and improving customer outcomes.
You will work as part of a collaborative programme team and provide support that helps maintain effective governance, assurance, risk management, reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
As an Officer – Projects Support, you will:
- Apply robust PMO controls across the programme.
- Strengthen programme discipline and delivery controls.
- Maintain structures, data and processes supporting effective governance.
- Support assurance, risk management and reporting.
- Help enable informed programme decision-making.
- Work with colleagues across the programme and external delivery partners.
- Help ensure programme activity is well coordinated and evidence based.
- Support a focus on value for money and effective delivery.
Person Specification
Homes England is looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and structured.
- Proactive in identifying issues, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working at pace.
- Able to analyse information, identify inconsistencies and communicate their implications clearly.
- Confident working with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Able to maintain positive working relationships.
- Skilled in using templates, processes, registers, logs, documentation and controls.
- A strong verbal and written communicator.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools.

Eligibility and Security
