Key Responsibilities

The role involves providing administrative and corporate support across the relevant area of the prison.

Typical duties include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems
  • Acting as a point of contact for team communications
  • Prioritising and distributing correspondence to the appropriate person or department
  • Completing monitoring returns
  • Processing financial requisitions for the relevant area
  • Coordinating awareness sessions and related activities
  • Preparing paperwork and carrying out initial checks
  • Liaising with stakeholders and external agencies
  • Maintaining databases, filing systems and information logs
  • Producing reports and responding to requests within agreed timescales
  • Collating information for Service Delivery Indicators
  • Supporting meetings by organising agendas, recording minutes and distributing action points

Salary and Benefits
