Role of the Job

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to every person who walks through the centre’s doors. Your warm welcome, sales skills, and ability to respond to enquiries will make a tangible impact on the business’s success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries and convert them into memberships
  • Answer incoming calls and deal with transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling
  • Deliver first-class customer service and maintain high customer service levels at all times
  • Deal with membership enquiries, including selling memberships to customers
  • Provide team support and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
  • Set up equipment and prepare studios, gyms, or sports halls for various activities
  • Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly
