Key Responsibilities
The role involves providing administrative and corporate support across the relevant area of the prison.
Typical duties include:
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems
- Acting as a point of contact for team communications
- Prioritising and distributing correspondence to the appropriate person or department
- Completing monitoring returns
- Processing financial requisitions for the relevant area
- Coordinating awareness sessions and related activities
- Preparing paperwork and carrying out initial checks
- Liaising with stakeholders and external agencies
- Maintaining databases, filing systems and information logs
- Producing reports and responding to requests within agreed timescales
- Collating information for Service Delivery Indicators
- Supporting meetings by organising agendas, recording minutes and distributing action points
