Role of the Job

The Staff Product Analyst will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to lead technical vision and strategy for analytics efforts. This role will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making and uncovering insights to support business growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with Teams: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to set goals, analyze data, and provide helpful advice
• Build Data Systems: Design and develop data systems that can grow and adapt to our needs, using data from various sources
• Improve Processes: Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to make our processes more efficient
• Share Insights: Communicate important findings to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities to better serve members
• Guide Team Members: Mentor and support mid-level analysts, sharing expertise on best practices and coding standards.

Qualification Needed

• Experience in analytics or data science (5years is a plus, but all relevant experience is considered)
• Strong skills in SQL and data visualization
• Experience with Python or R
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with ability to mentor others
