Role of the Job

The Customer Success Specialist role is a key position that ensures patients have an amazing experience with Medicspot’s weight loss programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in nutrition.

Main Responsibilities

Handle patient enquiries via email and live chat, providing quick and accurate responses
Host prospect calls to give personalized advice and turn prospects into happy patients
Coach and support patients on their weight loss journey, offering guidance, tips, and support for nutrition
Update help articles and website information, develop chat workflow and AI answers
Gather and analyze patient feedback to help improve the service
Support the team with broader patient service and operations tasks
Proactively call patients at the end of their first month to ensure they’re having a great experience

3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, and an understanding and interest in nutrition.
