Role of the Job
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately recording charges for clients onto the billing system. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes of transactions. The ideal candidate will be organized, confident using Excel, and enjoy working collaboratively to keep things running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Accurately record charges for A&D clients onto the billing system
- Work with the finance team to resolve queries and anomalies
- Identify and highlight anomalies for review
- Transpose charges onto the CORE system for invoicing
- Support the invoicing team with any queries
- Highlight any volumes outstanding to ensure deadlines are met throughout the month
