Job Details

We are looking for an Insights Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with experience in business partnering and working in agile teams.

Role of the Job

As an Insights Analyst, you will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to develop, analyze, and deliver product insights. You will be responsible for embedding data-led discussions and decisions across Product, supporting Product discovery, client reporting, and post-live analysis. You will also work closely with our Data Engineering team to build out product analysis and tell stories with our data.

Main Responsibilities

• Embedding data-led discussions and decisions across Product, supporting Product discovery, client reporting, and post-live analysis.
• Developing product reporting requirements with Product Managers, ensuring data and insights considerations are captured upfront during product development and build.
• Working closely with the Data Engineering team to develop and deliver strong product analysis.
• Collaborating with other teams to understand their business needs and providing insights and recommendations based on findings.
• Preparing analysis and creating stories from our data, communicating findings and recommendations clearly both internally and to our clients.

Qualification Needed

• Strong analytical background with experience in business partnering and working in agile teams.
• Experience working in the Financial Services industry is highly desirable.
• Experience using QuickSight is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manipulate data via dashboards and Excel.
• Critical thinker with attention to detail.
• Drive and resilience to try new ideas.
• Collaborative approach and a go-getting attitude.
