Role of the Job

The Client Success Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions, and communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
