The Call Center Representative will play a critical role in providing customer service, gathering medical information, and scheduling appointments for pet families seeking end-of-life care services. This role requires a highly organized and compassionate individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging in positive interactions with pet families and responding to their queries in a timely manner
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a work-from-home environment and demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and sound judgment
- Gather and accurately document the pet’s medical information and schedule appointments in an effective manner
- Guide emotional conversations in a calm and peaceful manner and provide stellar customer service to pet families and veterinarians
Qualifications Needed
- Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and other programs, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Five9
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes
- Ability to meet productivity, quality, and performance standards and adhere to schedules
