About the Role
Conduent is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while working from home. Representatives will handle inquiries related to health savings accounts (HSAs) and other benefits, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and system navigation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support via phone and other channels.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Navigate multiple systems and databases to manage customer information.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
- Ability to pass a computer typing test.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Company-provided equipment (internet requirements: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, quiet workspace required).
