  • Compensation: $90,000/year plus benefits including unlimited PTO, health care, 401(k) with 3% match, paid holidays, and sick days

Role of the Job

The Copywriter will create compelling and high-quality written and visual content that drives marketing campaigns, enhances brand storytelling, and maintains KITSCH’s distinctive voice across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand positioning and strategy for new product launches
  • Craft engaging, clear, and original copy for diverse audiences and platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute brand campaigns
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends, business needs, and target audiences
  • Edit and proofread company communications and marketing materials
  • Plan and organize email marketing campaigns
  • Apply SEO principles to maximize content reach
  • Utilize AI and tools like ChatGPT to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Marketing, or Communications
  • 3+ years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing Copywriting
  • Experience in the Beauty and Fashion industry
  • Proven ability in brand strategy, positioning, and crafting compelling brand stories
  • High-quality research skills to understand trends and target audiences
  • Proficiency in online content creation and digital platforms
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • Experience using AI and ChatGPT for workflow enhancement
  • Highly creative, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Receptive to feedback and collaborative in approach
