Role of the Job

Support key healthcare data workflows by accurately managing provider referrals, patient data, and cohort records. Ensure data integrity, timely activation of patient profiles, and high-quality reporting across healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Input and update referral data received from healthcare providers into internal systems
  • Import and validate patient records from external platforms for completeness and accuracy
  • Review and clean cohort lists in Excel or CSV formats for proper system upload
  • Verify consent documentation and activate patient profiles in the system
  • Generate and distribute accurate reports tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with client success teams to clarify reporting requirements and incorporate feedback
  • Maintain data accuracy and uphold patient privacy standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, healthcare administration, or related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
