Job Description:

Connexus Resource Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and provide exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, emails, and live chat from customers
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up on complicated customer interactions
• Record customer interactions accurately
• Develop rapport with customers and offer solutions

Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
• 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computers (navigation, typing 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, etc.)
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
