Job Description:

Sanderson Firm is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to accurately process and manage incoming referrals from clients. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data in Salesforce
• Transcribe information from various sources (paper/digital documents, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Verify data accuracy and completeness
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, errors, and inconsistencies
• Maintain data integrity and security
• Respond to inquiries and provide data and information to authorized personnel
• Assist with other tasks such as data backups, report generation, or administrative support

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a positive team-oriented environment
