Job Description:

UMF Prime Realty is seeking a reliable and compassionate Virtual Call Assistant to support their growing business by making outbound calls to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to follow a script while maintaining a natural and respectful conversation.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using a provided script
• Gather accurate and relevant information regarding a homeowner’s situation and need to sell
• Conduct conversations with kindness, compassion, and professionalism
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and efficiently while building trust
• Accurately document call details and outcomes
• Represent the UMF Prime Realty brand with honesty and integrity at all times

Requirements:

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to follow a script while maintaining natural, respectful conversation
• Experience in customer service, call-based roles, or sales conversations preferred
• A non-pushy, ethical approach—no misleading or aggressive sales tactics
• Reliable, punctual, and open to coaching and feedback

Schedule:

• Evenings between 6:00-9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, or aligned with the client’s time zone
• Starting at approximately 5 hours per week, with potential for growth
