Job Description:
First Notch Technology is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Business analysis and requirements gathering
- Data analysis and reporting (Power BI, Tableau)
- SQL and data analysis skills
- Collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
- Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Mid-level experience (not necessarily in IT)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
