Job Description:
PrudentRx is actively seeking a data-driven analyst with strong problem-solving skills to leverage processes and deliver opportunity analyses. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in making a strong first impression with clients and supporting the high-quality work of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with external stakeholders on opportunity analyses
- Vet requests for opportunity analyses and ingest requirements into task management software (Jira)
- Generate opportunity analyses using advanced Excel features
- QA opportunity analyses for accuracy and adherence to established standards
- Identify and present scenarios that don’t align with established processes
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years of advanced analytical skills in Excel
- Ability to adhere to established protocol and adapt to changes
- Proven history in maintaining client satisfaction is a plus
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical claims data is a plus
- Proficiency in working with task management software like Jira
