Role Of the Job
Lead and mentor Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, retention, and strategic growth for key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead & mentor CSM team
- Drive revenue via retention, upsell & cross-sell
- Manage performance with goals & reviews
- Improve metrics for adoption & engagement
- Collaborate across sales, product & support
- Optimize processes and customer journey
- Handle escalations & advocate for customers
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, 2+ in leadership
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Strong leadership & coaching skills
- Strategic & analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) or CS platforms (Gainsight)
- Background in sales enablement / revenue intelligence
