Role Of the Job

Lead and mentor Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, retention, and strategic growth for key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & mentor CSM team
  • Drive revenue via retention, upsell & cross-sell
  • Manage performance with goals & reviews
  • Improve metrics for adoption & engagement
  • Collaborate across sales, product & support
  • Optimize processes and customer journey
  • Handle escalations & advocate for customers

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, 2+ in leadership
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Strong leadership & coaching skills
  • Strategic & analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Qualifications 

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) or CS platforms (Gainsight)
  • Background in sales enablement / revenue intelligence
