Role of the Job
Provide front-line support for RSVP program users, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and ticketing.
Responsibilities
- Respond to claims, appointment & technical inquiries
- Liaise with claims team for resolutions
- Document & triage participant messages
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Reset passwords and log tickets
Requirements
- Customer service / call center experience
- Strong digital literacy
- Excellent communication & listening skills
- Quiet workspace
- Flexibility across Canadian time zones
- Criminal record check + security clearance
