Role of the Job

Provide front-line support for RSVP program users, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and ticketing.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to claims, appointment & technical inquiries
  • Liaise with claims team for resolutions
  • Document & triage participant messages
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Reset passwords and log tickets

Requirements

  • Customer service / call center experience
  • Strong digital literacy
  • Excellent communication & listening skills
  • Quiet workspace
  • Flexibility across Canadian time zones
  • Criminal record check + security clearance
