Role of the Job

Lead sales for the Americas, driving revenue growth, managing key pharma accounts, and building a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute sales strategy to hit targets
  • Expand customer base across biopharma
  • Lead presentations to senior pharma executives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in sales cycles
  • Maintain & grow customer relationships
  • Forecast & report progress to leadership
  • Build & coach a high-performance sales team
  • Analyze data to generate insights

Requirements

  • 10+ years selling life sciences R&D software/data
  • 3–5 years in sales management
  • Proven success closing multimillion ARR enterprise deals
  • Experience with Top 100 pharma accounts
  • Startup experience and team leadership
  • Hands-on seller while leading teams
  • Strong leadership in fast-paced environments
