Role of the Job
Lead sales for the Americas, driving revenue growth, managing key pharma accounts, and building a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop & execute sales strategy to hit targets
- Expand customer base across biopharma
- Lead presentations to senior pharma executives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in sales cycles
- Maintain & grow customer relationships
- Forecast & report progress to leadership
- Build & coach a high-performance sales team
- Analyze data to generate insights
Requirements
- 10+ years selling life sciences R&D software/data
- 3–5 years in sales management
- Proven success closing multimillion ARR enterprise deals
- Experience with Top 100 pharma accounts
- Startup experience and team leadership
- Hands-on seller while leading teams
- Strong leadership in fast-paced environments
