Role of the Job

Be the product evangelist for Veeva CRM, guiding customers, sharing best practices, and influencing roadmap direction.

Responsibilities

• Be subject matter expert for Veeva CRM
• Educate customers through meetings and communities
• Collect and prioritize customer feedback for roadmap
• Collaborate with Product team on release notes, demos, and events
• Support Services, Strategy, Sales & Product Support

Requirements

• 3+ years administering/implementing Veeva CRM
• Strong technical communication skills
• Customer-facing experience (in-person & remote)
• Analytical and presentation skills
• Team player, self-directed
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Qualifications 

• Experience creating materials for mixed audiences
• Software demo or video editing experience
• Community management experience
