Responsibilities
- Be subject matter expert for Veeva CRM
- Educate customers through meetings and communities
- Collect and prioritize customer feedback for roadmap
- Collaborate with Product team on release notes, demos, and events
- Support Services, Strategy, Sales & Product Support
Requirements
- 3+ years administering/implementing Veeva CRM
- Strong technical communication skills
- Customer-facing experience (in-person & remote)
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Team player, self-directed
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
Qualifications
- Experience creating materials for mixed audiences
- Software demo or video editing experience
- Community management experience
