About the Project

The successful candidate will assist the NCAA/DoD Concussion Assessment, Research and Education (CARE) Consortium, a long-term research initiative studying the effects of concussion, mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), and repetitive head impacts on military personnel.

The research aims to improve understanding of long-term brain health among military service members.

Job Summary

HJF is seeking a Data Entry Assistant II to perform data entry and data management activities for an ongoing research study.

The successful candidate will help maintain accurate research records, enter study data, and support the study coordination team while ensuring data quality and compliance with research standards.

Although the role is listed as remote, applicants must live near Niceville, Florida, or be able to commute to the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) at Eglin Air Force Base when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry for research studies.
  • Maintain and update research databases.
  • Verify and validate collected research data.
  • Assist with research documentation.
  • Support study coordinators with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of participant information.
  • Follow established research protocols and procedures.
