Job Description:
CredX is looking for a Data Analyst with 3 years of experience to turn data into actionable insights. You’ll analyze business metrics, visualize trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data into analysis-ready datasets
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams
- Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and A/B testing
- Document data processes and reporting methodologies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI visualization tools
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib) or R
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases
- Solid knowledge of statistics and regression analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
