As a Support Worker, you will help individuals maintain their independence while providing emotional and practical support in residential homes, supported living services, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities.
• Promote independence and confidence.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Work in residential homes, supported living, and community environments.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.
• Minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience within the last 3 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care.
• Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland must have the relevant registration (SSSC, SCW, or NISCC). Registration is not required in England.
