About the Associate Data Analyst Role
The Associate Data Analyst will use the Zoomph platform to support ad-hoc and ongoing management and customer requests.
The successful candidate will create programs, methodologies, and files used to analyze and present data. The role also involves developing an understanding of issues and events that affect organizations, departments, and customers.
The position combines data analysis, social media analytics, reporting, strategic thinking, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Data Analyst, your responsibilities may include:
- Using the Zoomph platform to quantify social media and broadcast KPIs.
- Measuring performance across different channels, teams, media outlets, and properties.
- Identifying and interpreting social media data trends.
- Analyzing data from individual posts through campaigns and series.
- Analyzing results and communicating insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Recommending, prioritizing, and developing client and sponsor industry benchmarks.
- Working with customer success teams to develop social media content strategies.
- Helping platform clients maximize content performance.
- Supporting clients in driving partnership value and attracting new sponsors.
- Examining data quality, applications, and functions.
- Producing analytical outputs and maintaining ongoing operations.
- Contributing to new product development.
- Supporting improvements in product delivery and presentation.
- Using and supporting database applications and analytical tools.
- Supporting users and customers in data collection and query systems.
- Developing appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data products.
Required Education
Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a related field:
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Related quantitative or technical discipline
Required Experience
Applicants should have:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Experience in marketing, communications, digital strategies, or data analytics.
- Experience in the sports industry is preferred.
