As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you will join the Product Strategy and Operations team and work alongside experienced professionals while completing your recognised Level 4 qualification.
What Will You Do?
As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you will work with teams across Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations to help collect, organise, analyse and communicate data.
Your responsibilities will include:
Data Analysis
- Explore data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Ask meaningful questions using data.
- Support teams in making evidence-based decisions.
- Recommend improvements based on data and analysis.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Help create and maintain dashboards.
- Assist with reports and data views.
- Learn how to communicate data clearly.
- Provide useful information that supports business decisions.
Data Quality
- Support improvements to data quality.
- Help maintain consistency across product data.
- Identify issues and contribute to solutions.
AI & Automation
- Learn how AI and automation can improve reporting and everyday work.
- Use digital tools responsibly and accurately.
- Develop good judgement when working with AI-generated information.
Product Operations
You may work with tools including:
- Power BI
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint
- Other product operations platforms
You will also work with stakeholders to understand their information needs and provide useful reporting and operational insights.

Level 4 Apprenticeship Entry Requirements
To meet the apprenticeship entry requirements, applicants need:
- Five GCSEs at grades 9–4, including English and Maths.
- Plus one of the following:
- A-level
- Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Relevant vocational qualification
Subjects such as Maths, IT, Computer Science or Business Studies are particularly relevant.

Due to apprenticeship funding regulations, applicants must:
Have the right to work in the UK AND have been resident in the UK for at least the past 3 years.

Previous experience with data, spreadsheets, dashboards or AI tools can strengthen your application, but it is not essential.
