Role of the Job
The AI Trainer will provide training data and feedback to improve Anuttacon’s AI models, focusing on dialogue quality and user interaction.
Responsibilities
- Annotate and evaluate AI responses using rubrics
- Create training data to enhance dialogue quality
- Collaborate with team members for accuracy and consistency
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of human behavior and psychology
- Background in storytelling, writing, marketing, communications, psychology, or philosophy is a plus
- Experience with AI/ML, data analysis, or data reporting is a plus
