Role of the Job

Support Federal evaluation projects by analyzing data, coding, and producing high-quality reports with insights for government programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop & apply coding frameworks for datasets
• Analyze grantee data and identify themes
• Prepare draft & final reports with clarity and accuracy
• Format deliverables using Adobe InDesign and reporting tools
• Collaborate with SMEs to generate actionable insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years in federal/public sector data analysis
• Experience with government datasets, coding, cleaning
• Skilled in qualitative & quantitative methods
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and reporting tools
• US citizenship + ability to pass clearance
• Preferred: federal nutrition program or farm-to-school experience
