Role of the Job

Build dashboards, manage vendor data, and deliver financial/operational insights to support Engineering, Product, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards and recurring reports
• Create PLG/product health dashboards for reviews
• Deliver cross-functional analytics with Product, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops
• Prepare executive-ready reports/presentations
• Automate reporting and explore AI-powered tools
• Ensure strong data hygiene and governance
• Support vendor renewals, negotiations, and usage tracking
• Provide financial analyses and scenario planning
• Identify cost savings and license optimization opportunities
• Translate financial/operational data into clear executive narratives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, CS, or related field
• 4–6 years in business/data/financial analysis (SaaS/tech)
• Strong Power BI (or BI tools) and SQL skills
• Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with vendor management/procurement processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, fast-paced environment adaptability
• Curiosity for AI-driven analytics and automation
• Nice-to-have: Cloud financial management (AWS, Azure, GCP), FinOps knowledge, SaaS/cybersecurity background
