Role of the Job

Create and maintain developer-focused documentation, guides, and API references to enhance the Pismo platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise developer documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers for technical reviews
• Edit reference specs, code samples, and Postman collections
• Update and reorganize existing developer guides
• Contribute to style guides and developer experience initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years technical writing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, CS, or related field
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and OpenAPI
• Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams
• Preferred: Fintech/Banking/Payments experience, UX writing, Portuguese
