About the Role
The Ministry of Justice is recruiting Junior Business Analysts to join its Justice Digital, Data and Science (JDDS) Technology Services team.
This is an opportunity to join an established Business Analyst community of more than 140 members and work within multidisciplinary teams delivering user-focused digital and technology services.
The role is aligned with the Junior Business Analyst profession within the Government Digital and Data Framework.
You will have opportunities to work across different services, develop your business analysis skills and contribute to projects that support the delivery of important government services.
Salary
London: £40,014 – £42,859 per year
National: £35,335 – £37,847 per year
The successful candidate will also receive access to the Civil Service pension scheme, with an employer contribution of 28.97%.

Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will:

- Support stakeholder engagement to understand business problems and user needs.
- Create models and diagrams, including process maps.
